PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
The Incident Command Team (ICT) 2a training exercise is designed to continue and broaden the team leaders’ communication and leadership experience with real life, scenario based training related to emergency evacuation and accounting for company employees.

Education and development of team leadership in emergency management is accomplished by using interactive discussion and real-time, hands-on skill building exercises. The ICT leaders will learn to and practice implementing emergency procedures quickly and effectively.

COURSE AGENDA:

• Practical training in use of ICT evacuation equipment
• Practicing specific and individual team roles
• Hands-on leadership and communication experience with real time scenarios customized to your site specific procedures
• Post-exercise debriefing to continue learning and reinforce experience
