PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
The Incident Command Team (ICT) 3 workshop is designed to expand team leaders’ understanding of procedures relative to general emergency management and flexibility in response. Emphasis is placed on disaster response during targeted exercises which allow the team to make decisions as individuals and as a team.

Table top exercises designed to assess individual team members’ understanding of procedure, chain of command and basic priorities related to employee safety and protection of assets continue team education and development in leadership skills.
